1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (for applicable products).
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and spiritual reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Puja Samagri (Worship Essentials) such as sindoor, kumkum, agarbatti, ghee, and havan samagri.
  • Gangajal and Other Ritual Liquids (Rose Water, Chandan Jal, etc.).
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Products.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • If the product is out of stock after an order has been placed.
  • If a returned product is approved as defective or incorrect.
  • If an order is canceled before shipment (see Section 3).

Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or card).
  • Transaction charges may apply in case of cancellations or returns.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Mata Vaishno Devi Public Charitable Trust reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraudulent transactions, or stock unavailability.

4. Steps to Request a Return or Refund

  3. Approval & Return: Once approved, return the item in its original condition to the provided address.
  4. Processing: Upon inspection, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs.
  • For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, incorrect order placement), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
